The hall may be rented for parties, concerts, lectures, weddings, meetings.

FEE SCHEDULE

Because the Association must pay approximately $15,000 a year for maintenance, insurance, heat, etc., minimal fees must be charged to help cover these costs:

•Main Hall (meetings – community organizations)…...…...$100.00   ($125 if heat)

•Main Hall (meetings – other groups)…………………..…$125.00    ($150 if heat)

•Children’s parties…………………………………..……..$100.00    or     $50.00

•Upstairs Meeting Room…………………………………..$60.00      or     $35.00
